Invite your team

Each team member can have their own account, with access limited to what they need. You stay in control and every action is logged under their name.

Invite a member

1. Open Team and click Invite.
2. Enter their email address and choose their role.
3. They receive an email with a link to create their account (or sign in if they already have one).

Roles

• Manager: manages the menu, service settings, stock, takings and staff of the restaurant.
• Waiter: uses the service tools (orders, calls, kitchen, floor, till, time clock) without changing settings or the subscription.

The subscription, billing and deleting the restaurant remain reserved for the owner.

Remove access

From Team, remove a member in one click: they immediately lose access to this restaurant. An invitation not yet accepted can be cancelled or resent.

For the time clock and the schedule, employees do not need an account: a PIN code is enough (Staff module).
