Yes. Prices, dishes, photos, availability: every change is visible immediately, without reprinting your QR codes.

Yes. Translate your categories and dishes into Arabic, French, English and other languages — by hand or with automatic AI translation on Pro and Business. Customers switch language in one tap, and Arabic is displayed right-to-left.

Yes. Import a CSV / Excel file based on our template, or simply take a photo of your paper menu: AI (Pro and Business plans) extracts the categories, dishes, descriptions and prices. You review the preview before confirming.

Yes. Pick from more than 20 themes: by specialty (pizzeria, grill, sushi, oriental, coffee shop, pastry…) or with a unique layout (book, magazine, kiosk…). Set your brand colour, font, grid or list view and an automatic dark mode. Add your logo, a cover photo and an announcement banner.

Yes. Create QR codes per table (the table number is sent with the order) or per campaign (flyer, shop window, Instagram) to measure each source. Customise their colours and logo, then print posters, stickers, flyers and table tents from the print studio.

Yes. Each dish can show its 14 allergens, badges (vegetarian, spicy, halal, new…), calories and preparation time. Mark a dish as sold out in one click or set a daily stock: it is automatically unavailable once it runs out.

Yes. QR codes printed with the previous version of QRG keep working and are counted in your statistics.

Yes, with the Business plan: your menu opens on your own domain (for example menu.myrestaurant.com). Just add the two DNS records we give you, then click "Verify".

With the Pro and Business plans, customers order from their table, for takeaway or delivery, and you receive orders in real time in your dashboard or on WhatsApp. Customers follow their order status live on their phone.

Yes. A button on the menu lets customers call a waiter or ask for the bill: the request instantly reaches the floor plan and your team's screens, with the table number and a sound alert.

Yes. Create promo codes (percentage or fixed amount, minimum order, dates, usage limits), happy hours with special prices on chosen time slots, and set menus (starter + main + drink…).

Yes. Turn on online booking: a link on your menu shows the available slots based on your opening hours. You are notified of every request, assign the table and follow the service on a timeline view.

Scans and unique visitors, most viewed and most ordered dishes, peak hours, devices, QR code sources, revenue and average review rating. You also get personalised tips to improve your menu, and can export your data to CSV.

Yes. The touch POS screen runs on a tablet or PC: order taking per table, sending to the kitchen, split payments (cash, card, mobile payment…), bill splitting, 80 mm receipts, and cash sessions with a closing report.

Orders from the QR menu and the POS arrive on a full-screen kitchen display, split by station (grill, pizza, bar…). A timer flags late orders and each dish goes from "to prepare" to "ready" with a single tap.

Yes, with the Business plan. Create your ingredients and a recipe card for each dish: stock is deducted automatically on every sale, you get low-stock alerts and know the food cost and margin of every dish. Suppliers and purchase orders are included.

Yes. The Takings page brings together revenue, average ticket, sales by payment method, by dish and by server, discounts, tips and the day's expenses. Close the day in one click and view reports for any period.

Yes. Invite your waiters and cooks by email: they access orders, calls and the POS without seeing your settings or subscription. With the Business plan you also manage schedules, a PIN time clock and timesheets.

Online by card for instant activation, or with the payment methods available in your country (bank transfer, local payment…): in that case, upload your proof of payment from your dashboard and your plan is activated once it is approved.

Yes. Paying yearly gives you the equivalent of two months free compared with monthly billing. Compare both options on the Pricing page.

Yes, at any time from the Subscription page, with no commitment. You are reminded 7 days and then 1 day before it ends; if you do not renew, your account moves back to the Free plan and your menu stays online.

Yes. Every approved payment generates an invoice that you can view and print at any time from your subscription history.

Yes. Share your referral link from your dashboard: when a restaurant that signed up through you pays for its first subscription, you both receive free subscription days.

Yes. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and each restaurant can only access its own data. Visitor statistics are anonymised: IP addresses are never stored in plain text.

Yes. The menu is ultra-light, its photos are optimised for mobile, and it can be installed on the home screen like an app: a copy stays available even offline.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or write to us to exercise your rights to access, correct and erase your data.
